A snapshot of what I'm focused on, building and learning at the moment.
I'm currently based in Sydney and working across ecommerce, retail and business operations.
A lot of my time is focused on improving how businesses operate — from ecommerce and customer experience to stores, systems, reporting and day-to-day operations.
Outside work, I'm continuing to build chhayear.com, explore business ideas, follow financial markets and learn more about investing and technology.
I'm also trying to make more time for travel, photography, fitness and projects that simply interest me.

What I'm Building
Right now, one of my main personal projects is this website.
I'm gradually turning chhayear.com into a digital home for my work, ideas, market notes, photography, community projects and things I learn along the way.
I'm not trying to finish everything at once. The site will continue to evolve as I do.
Community
I'm continuing to support students where I can, particularly Cambodian international students who are studying and trying to gain practical experience in Australia.
I'm also thinking more seriously about how I can build meaningful community projects in the future.

Outside Work
When I'm not working, I'm usually trying to make time for travel, photography, fitness and discovering something new.
Some days that means following markets late at night. Other days it might be taking photos, planning a trip or simply working on an idea that caught my attention.
